- Log and usage data: IP address, device information, browser type, and information about your activity in the Services.
- Device data: Computer, phone, tablet, or other device data including IP address, device identifiers, browser type, hardware model, ISP/carrier, and OS.
- Location data: Approximate location inferred from your IP address, billing location, organization service area, or user-selected alert region. We do not intentionally collect precise GPS location unless a feature requiring it is enabled and you grant permission.

Mobile opt-in and SMS consent. Mobile information — including phone numbers, SMS opt-in status, and consent records — will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information is not shared with any third parties. Service providers (such as TextGrid, LLC) receive only what is required to transmit messages you have asked to receive, and may not use that information for their own marketing. Business transfers. We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.
Do we use cookies and other tracking technologies?
We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies (like web beacons and pixels) to gather information when you interact with our Services — for security, authentication, basic site functionality, analytics, and performance monitoring. We do not use cookies or similar technologies for targeted advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising.
How long do we keep your information?

Upon request to terminate, we will deactivate or delete your account from our active databases. We may retain some information to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with investigations, enforce our legal terms, and/or comply with applicable legal requirements.
Controls for do-not-track features
Most web browsers include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature. Because no uniform industry standard for recognizing DNT signals has been finalized, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online.
