• Location data: Approximate location inferred from your IP address, billing location, organization service area, or user-selected alert region. We do not intentionally collect precise GPS location unless a feature requiring it is enabled and you grant permission.

Mobile opt-in and SMS consent. Mobile information — including phone numbers, SMS opt-in status, and consent records — will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information is not shared with any third parties. Service providers (such as TextGrid, LLC) receive only what is required to transmit messages you have asked to receive, and may not use that information for their own marketing. Business transfers. We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.

We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies (like web beacons and pixels) to gather information when you interact with our Services — for security, authentication, basic site functionality, analytics, and performance monitoring. We do not use cookies or similar technologies for targeted advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising.

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Upon request to terminate, we will deactivate or delete your account from our active databases.
